This year The Georgia Draft Horse Association is very proud to be partnering with the Percheron Horse
Association of America who will be providing us with clinicians for mane rolling and showmanship.PHAOA_GDHA_Spring_Clinic_2019

You won’t want to miss this.

This is for everyone that is interested in showing their draft horse, draft cross or light draft. I encourage
everyone to bring your horse, so you learn together. Plus, we can help you fit your harness/tack to you
horse. However, there will be horses there for demonstrations. This is a very hands-on clinic.

Itinerary:

• 11 AM Mane Rolling, tail braiding and tail sprigs (decorating). During this 2-hour
  session you will learn how to set up your horse for Halter and show hitch
  classes. Plus learn how to compete in a Decorating class. We will put what
  you have learned in this session to the test with a Decorating class the
  next day at the Spring Show.
• 1 PM Lunch Break
• 2 PM Halter showmanship and trailing instruction.
• 3 PM Harnessing and driving.
