The 2023 PHAoA Annual Members’ Meeting and Banquet will be held Saturday, November 18, 2023, at the Berlin Resort in Berlin, Ohio. We have planned the meeting around the Eastern Draft Breeders Event in hopes to gain more attendance.

The Annual Members’ Meeting will begin at 6:00 p.m. in the Banquet Hall, followed by a social hour and dinner.

All rooms include a full hot continental breakfast served every day in the breakfast area from 7 am until 10 am.
A special room rate is offered at $149.12 for standard and $153.64 for Deluxe, through November 3, 2023. Use Group Code-PH1123.

Check in time for hotel rooms is 4:00pm on the date of arrival. Check out time will be 11:00am on date of departure.

Hotel Policies:
Berlin Resort is a pet free and smoke free facility and does operate under a quiet hour’s policy from 11pm-7am for guest comfort.
