The 2020 PHAoA Annual Members’ Meeting will be held October 30-31, 2020, at the Great Wolf Lodge in Baraboo, WI.

Great Wolf Lodge Wisconsin Dells, 1400 Great Wolf Drive, Baraboo, WI 53913.

The Annual Members’ Meeting will begin at 6:00 p.m., followed by a social hour and dinner.

A special room rate is offered at $125.00 plus tax and lodge fees, per night, through September 29, 2020. Reservation requests received after the cut-off date will be offered at the group rate based on availability, otherwise the best available rate will be offered. Please note, the rate does not include the applicable taxes. This rate is available for Thursday, October 29 through Saturday, October 31.

Reservations can be made by calling the Central Reservations Department at 1-866-965-9653, please mention the Percheron Horse Association room block, with Reservation #PHAOA1020.

All reservations must be guaranteed by the individual and accompanied by a first night room deposit or guaranteed with a major credit card. Each individual has up 72 hours prior to arrival date to cancel the individual room with a $40.00 cancellation fee per room. If the individual cancels the room within 72 hours of arrival date, 100% of the first night’s room rate plus tax will be charged to the individual’s credit card or taken from the deposit.

Guest Check-in is after 4:00 p.m. and check out is by 11:00 a.m., guests arriving before 4:00 p.m. will be assigned rooms as they become available.

7:00- 10:00 p.m. – Banquet, Hall of Fame Inductions (Chad and Rhonda Cole, Larry Honsberger, William Westbrook) and Live Auction

Saturday, October 31, 2020

8:30 a.m.- ‘The Learning Trough’ Educational Seminar Dr. Sabrina Brounts and Dr. Simon Peek from the University of Wisconsin-Madison discuss current topics in Equine Medicine and Surgery emphasizing the Draft Horse. 12:00 p.m. – Lunch buffet
1:00 p.m.- Depart hotel

1:15 p.m. – Lost Canyon Tours wagon ride (https://www.lostcanyontour.com/)
and private stable tour
3:30 p.m. – Return to hotel
