The Annual Members’ Meeting will begin at 6:00 p.m., followed by a social hour and dinner.

A special room rate is offered at $119.00 plus tax, per night, through September 10, 2019. Reservation requests received after the cut-off date will be offered at the group rate based on availability, otherwise the best available rate will be offered. Please note, the rate does not include the applicable taxes.

There will be no guestroom cancellation charge for individual reservations cancelled forty-eight (48) hours in advance. If reservations are not cancelled (48) hours in advance, a “no-show” fee, equal to one night’s room and tax charges, will be assessed.

• 9:45 a.m. – Pennsylvania State Trooper Penrose speaks on Combination Weight Licensing, Class A and Commercial Drivers Licensing
• 11:00 a.m. – Depart Pennsylvania Farm Show Complex
• 11:30 a.m. – Mt. Joy Acres Farm and Lunch
• 1:00 p.m. – Holloway Farm
• 2:30 p.m. – Rocky Ridge Acres Percherons Farm
• 3:45 p.m. – Wye Oak Farm
• 5:00 p.m. – Board bus to return to hotel
